Confusion regarding shipping

So I ordered some kava supreme from kavafied for the first time a few days ago, I got a receipt from paypal but no confirmation or anything from the vendor.
Just wondering if you guys who order usually get a confirmation or dispatch mail, and if so how long does it usually take for them to ship?
Not complaining or anything, just wondering. Don't want to send them some pushy hasty emails if this is how it usually works, so thought I'd check with you guys first.

I usually order it off Amazon (prime), in that case, I always get an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation within 24 hours of each other and it arrives quickly.

The last time I ordered from the official site(special order), the order & shipping confirmation e-mail arrived the same day and I received the package about 5-6 days later...but that was with a weekend in the middle and a hurricane coming.

Not sure if being in Thailand has any effect on processing time.

yeah, could well be due to my location. I will wait until monday and message them then and see if perhaps there has been some error in the system. Still have some of Kava kings lateral root so Im in no real hurry

Feel free to reach out to us anytime you are having any concerns. All orders get usually get shipped out day of or the next day minus the weekends. Confirmation emails are automatically sent out but there could have been a glitch and the email never sent. Msg us and I'll get to the bottom of it asap so you can track you order.
