YUM! and Question

Getting Kava nice and well built up. Question or observation. I Noticed that now when I prep nabwan (blender with a seperate batch soaking in the fridge, had some of that their overnight.)
The fridge kind has a much mellower taste and has (for me) a pleasent body tingle thing. Kind of like being in spa or bath.
While the stuff from my blender. lol just say is more on the weird blarg taste side. Both lead me to a nice: All's good. Place All warm and tingly.
For some reason the blender kind leads me to more of a silly yet alert and relaxed place. While the fridge is more of a walk on a a summer day kind of place.
Any opinions or sugestions to try to get to one or the other more consistantly?

The pH change seems to be from either enzymes or fermentation. Nothing short of freezing your readymade will stop it from going sour.

lol well...that might explain somethings.
I wonder how long it can be kept in a fridge before it'd make me or someone else sick.
