Kavafied Aluball and Supreme kit

So after a little research I saw the getkavafied website had a good deal (compared to Amazon) on 4oz of Supreme and an Aluball mixing kit. It came to around 37 USD including priority shipping. I’m gonna take things slow because I feel calming effects with just one Kava Kava Candy. This could be interesting. (Yay!) Wish me luck!
My goals are to relax, while staying clear headed, and to eventually come off some very expensive medication. Believe me, I’m taking it slow just to be safe.

It went well! I used 1 and 1/2 Tbsp in my Aluball. The taste was not as foul as some reviewers on Amazon would have me believe lol It was definitely calming and relaxing. Oh, and I did mix some coconut milk with the water used.

I also had some candied ginger on hand in case I became nauseous. But there was none, I’m happy to report.

Soon, I hope to be off my meds that help anxiety. I am working with a doctor to wean off Abilify. I’m down to 1 mg a day and I haven’t taken Vistiril for quite awhile either. Even with insurance my meds were quite expensive.

But anyhow, I’m rambling. Thanks for asking how things went! [emoji16]

When people complain about the taste i feel very lucky that i like it. But then maybe i just associate it with feeling better.
