Best Kava for anxiety / stress

Hey all,
I'm new to Kava and have some Dua Na Bilo Fijan Waka from Amazon arriving tomorrow (1/2LB). I'm really looking for a powerful kava for anxiety and stress relief. Anyone know what kind I should buy?

All kava is good for that really. But kava that is more suited for that would be heavier kavas. There are so many, but the one that comes to mind for me is Borongoru by Kalm with Kava. Heavier kavas give a more sedating, anxiolytic effect. Headier kavas give more of a euphoric effect, which to some, may be interpreted as excess excitement and CAN actually promote anxiety. Some people, including myself, don't get anxious from any type of kava, but I can also drink a pot of coffee and not get anxious.

I will second the reccomendation for the borongoru from kalm with kava- felt like my anxiety was just melting away

Yes, "heavier" will be more effective. My go-to is Squanch Kava. After 2-3 servings I'm good, and soon thereafter ready for bed and a good solid sleep.

I have used Dua Na Bilo and its good, but TUI KAVA seems better and stronger. I was having some work issues and some issues with long covid that it fixed right up. Its a very Heady daytime kava. I need it during the daytime when I have lots of stressors. It is a very Heady kava so you will want to do it in the morning since it will last all day and then you will sleep great. It also fixed my concentration and focus issues, since I have a short attention span. Has really improved my overall performance. They have a Micronized and Traditional version. I now only use the Micronized version since I can add a heaping teaspoon to my morning shake and I am good to go. You can find it on Amazon or their website at www.tuikava.us
