Not Able to Post a Review

Hey Mods,

I've got a review I've been needing to post for a while now, but I keep getting the message that it won't post unless the required cpReview field is filled, despite the warning not to place anything in that field. The shell rating system is nowhere to be seen. And this is the case for both places I can leave a review. And on multiple browsers. Is there something that needs to be fixed for this to work again? I've included two screen shots to show what I'm seeing.

Instead of using the "Post thread" button. Navigate to the following link, and it will allow you to leave that review.

I just made a video showing exactly what I'm seeing. Followed those instructions exactly, but getting different results. I've tried using three different internet browsers and get the same thing on each.

Same thing . Does the fact that I still have Newbie status on my profile have anything to do with it? Like I need to make a certain number of posts before I can leave reviews?
