I have always been a fan of Papa Kea from GHK but that's because I only do Micronized. Their latest version also have a little bit more headiness. But I'm talking about minor aches and pains from yard work and tendonitis. Nothing major.

hanakapi ai mixed 1:1 with solomon from BKH will eradicate any and all pain. i know i've posted this on 3 separate threads at this point but it's because it's the perfect combination of effects for me. i have a pound of hanakapi ai on the way and i'm ordering more solomon as soon as @Judd Rench gets it put back on the site. that combo effectively replaced my nighttime kr@ dose better than anything else i've tried and for someone who take that stuff 3 times a day that's a truly awesome thing

Perfect ! You mean for pain as to the night time kr routine or sleep and pain?... also thank you that sounds like a great combo, I should have some hanakapI on the way starting tommorow, and may have to wait for Solomon as well lol

Yeah if it works for your severe pain, it should definitley work for my work pains from the heat. I've been considering k for this but seems to strong for a such a weak pain so kava seems better option, energizing is perfect too for end of work

I have a constant battle with back problems, kava isn't the best for pain relief, but the ones that seem to lean that way a bit are the heavy ones and tudei kavas. The best you can do without drinking tudei is finding a noble/medicinal 245xxx chemotype, I think DHM is responsible for a lot the pain relief.
When I have super heady kavas, I feel like my body is completely untouched, while my head is swimming in Headiland.

I find it best to take a good sleepytime root. BKH Boroguru works. As well as the unnamed Vanuatu from KWK.

@awametal - kr@ 3 times a day is WAAAAY better than pills or needles. i'm not robbing my family, pawning my shit, or having to be resuscitated by the dope man so, compared to 4 years ago, my life is amazing

Haha seriously it's all relative !... I'll trust the hanakapi. For this mainly cause it's already on its way and I have no idea which kavas have that chemo type haha... do you know any specifically @shakas ?... I would rather drink kr tea than tuedi kava haha

Typically anything sold as Boroguru online is on the heavier side and often has a higher instance of DHM. Nakamal at Home's WOW! kava is also a strong Boroguru.
Fiji Wakas commonly feel more body-centric, but not always, and they're usually unreliable in quality.
I might be in the minority here, but I found the Hanakapi'ai hair roots to be less body oriented than the previous regular batch. Still enjoyable none-the-less.

I like the Papa Kea in Micro form but the Hanakapi Ai' is good for that too. However I can still function after Papa Kea but Hanapaki puts me down hard.::couch::

Thinking about trying some GHK Borogoru next kava order to try out a heavy strain. Is that heavier then the KWK Borongoru? Found my heady strains, KWK Fiji Loa Wak, and Kavaboy, but noticed they don't seems as anxiolytic as the Borongoru and make me a tad anxious. Is heavy better for anxiolytic? Would love a little muscle relaxing going on too.
