I made some raman noodles...but added fish sauce, cayenne, garlic, onion, and lobster boulion...super spicy, was extra awesome.

Honestly, anything, preferably very filling, I sometimes go to long without food for the benefit of the root.

I like hot things, usually very light. Ramen is actually a go-to after kava for me, and I'm not even a college student.
