just got my latest pound of hanakapi ai!!!!
this is my favorite kava so far: heady and uplifting at first but with some awesome muscle relaxation that can lead to sedation if i drink a lot in a short period. i sip this one like a fine whiskey and i love it. i put it in my turmeric drinks while i'm at work and it relieves my back pain and keeps me in a good mood while providing anxiety relief and positive vibes galore. i really love this one!

Careful it can be pretty heavy and sedating..
For daytime I prefer heady varieties like Pouni Ono or Mo'i

I prefer the Pouni. It is one of my favorites right now. The Mo'i is good too, but I sometimes get kind of over-excited from it, and it is short acting.

New here. Lived on Oahu in80's 90's. Did some Kava with the Braddahs occasionally. Yesterday I started with this Hanakapi ai. No RT for me, instant effects. Wasn't expecting this. Thanks to y'all's forum posts, I ended up with the best product for me. Love this stuff. Hope all the others I try won't be a letdown. Thanks Chris excellent work. I'll be back soon.
