Acetylcholine and reverse tolerance

If reverse tolerance is acetylcholine related, can it be theorized that an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor like Huperzine A would speed up the R.T.? And what about acetylcholine boosters like Aniracetam?

It *might* be. That's a pretty big "might". It could be something totally related to the way that kavalactones play on each other and modulate the half-lives and activity of each other. This is just one theory of many.

Seems like a pretty big assumption. Seems to me like acetylcholine is very complex. I think reverse tolerance is mostly conscious awareness. People who are hard headed to other substances tend to be hard headed to kava. The average person doesn’t really even recognize the mental shifts that they undergo until they are painfully obvious (reason why everyone recognizes when they are drunk… at some point!) it isn’t common practice for people to reflect on their state of consciousness unless that is part of their personality. It takes practice and experience to really fully recognize this stuff as well. And it’s all mediated through your perception. If you don’t think you’ll get krunk, you probably won’t feel it much as a noob. If you think your going to be flying, you won’t be engaged with the mild effects.
