Acetylcholine esterase

Hi everyone,

I'm in the UK and have just joined as I purchased some Kava extract capsules recently from an Etsy shop - UKMotherNature in Ireland and I think it's a scam - I've had, supposedly, 2400mg of extract today and it's done absolutely nothing. The reason I want to try Kava is because of an acetylcholine brain imbalance and the only other "natural" substance that increases acetylcholine esterase is Coleus Forskolin which works well but can't be taken long term. So I'm looking for tips on where to purchase. Hope to connect with some of you on here.

Acetylcholine esterase activity is not rare i the world, especially the mild ones. Would not pick kava for that, thouhg. It has Na+ channel blocking, GABA and (net nonstimulant) dopamine modifying egfects on the foreground AFAIK.

Thanks Orz. Yes, @Edward said the same thing. There is so little information about natural acetylcholine esterase boosters. The papers that @The Kap'n shared demonstrate that after an initial increase in AChE it then decreased after 3-4 weeks - so you may be right. ☹ My hopes are dashed.
