Decided to quit taking the Tramadol for my damaged ankle yesterday morning since the Advil was doing almost as well and tonight I wheeled myself into the kitchen and loaded my little scooter up with the goods for a little Kava sesh in bed,
3TBS of melomelo in the Alushaker, a cup to drink out of, an insulated mug loaded with ice, and a temp controlled thermos fill with 22 ounces of water at about 140 degrees.

I took an Advil yesterday morning and then one a couple of hours after I had finished drinking my kava and fallen asleep because i woke up and my ankle decided to howl at the moon at 2 45.
