Amazing customer service.

I just wanted to make a post about my recent experiences with Chris @Gourmet Hawaiian Kava . Before I found out about the possible tudei in another micronized, I thought I was just having a adverse reaction to Kava, but I had already placed an order with GHK, so I wrote Chris and he said I could send the kava back for a full refund. Once I found out that it wasn't an adverse reaction, I tried Chris's product, the micro sampler pack. Great stuff!

I placed another order, this time the tracking code only showed "Label Created" for a couple days. So, I wrote Chris and asked what was going on. He got back to me within an hour and let me know it was just the post offices system. The world needs more businessmen like Chris and the kind of customer service he provides!
