Just in case, the Honohane Iki is a very heady Kava. It's a very good daytime Kava in my opinion.

But too much to early can put you back horizontal for an hour or so 
It really is a great daytime kava (but for me most kavas are good for daytime). It gave me the chill power to sit easily and was a great concentration booster at the same time. I plowed through a massive amount of work more easily than I usually do given the amount of distractions I have.
