I think I can have it in stock again in about 1-2 months., it takes 2-3 weeks just to dry the kava.
Soon it will be back in stock and you can enjoy it once again. Chris

Hey Chris, I have a big back yard and would be happy to set up some "drying racks". Just send me a boatload of fresh green juicy tasty kava and I'll get to work on them right away. Then I will send it back to you already dried and ready to process. Of course, drying causes shrinkage as we all know.

SRS question. Does GHK often sell out of cultivars quickly? Looking back over the past few years, there have been several that he has offered that are no longer for sale. Is this mostly due to growing cycles or are some never offered again (ie. Papa Ele Ele, Honokane Ike, Mapulehu). Will these ever be for sale again @Gourmet Hawaiian Kava?

Darn good question @GuessWest. When you have 13 going on 15 strains, then you have a logistics problem with where the hell are you going to plant all those Kavas and when to harvest them. And you want to plant plenty of the most popular ones. My theory is that Chris and his friends get Dibs on the rare kavas and they are gone fast. So now that I stirred the pot a little, @Gourmet Hawaiian Kava, what's the story? I remember the Mapulehu as being pleasantly sedating and the taste was mild. Now that you don't have it .... I want it. But all kidding aside, I'll bet you have to put a lot of thought into what to plant and what to harvest when you have so many strains. He probably grows more Kava Strains then anyone else in the world and by a long shot.
