Back again. What have I missed?

I took a bit of a pause from kava as it was making me irritable the next day. I also found it interfered with my sleep.

I'm coming back to it now, and hoping I can find a way to make this work.

So what's change in the last couple years? Any new banger suppliers?

Any leads on Canadian kava would be appreciated

Kalm With Kava was dropping some great unique kavas in their 'Private Reserve' line for while. That's slowed down though and what was left is currently out of stock.

Wakacon has a Vanuatu kava now...I recommend it for a fairly strong, fairly cheap and quick amazon delivery.
