Been out of the game for about 5 years - what instants do you recommend? best bang for buck?

I used to be a regular around here but I stopped using kava for quite a few years, now I wanna get back into it. I used to be big into medium grind and kneading/filter bag etc but now I just want something easy to throw in some water after work and relax etc.

I'm looking for instants, what do you think is the best bang for your buck? I was intrigued by Fiji Vanua Kava's Old Roots instant as it seems like a great price per gram even if it's not the strongest. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm more into something relaxing than really heady (in the past I had some pretty heady medium grinds that almost made me nauseous) but I also don't mind SOME euphoria.

If you're using Fiji Vanua, then consider buying their balanced potent Instant Gold. Euphoria, then body. I also have the Old Roots which i sometimes mix with the Gold to get a more relaxed profile. Gourmet Hawaiian has some amazing instants too.

I would highly recommend Root & Pestles Borongoru instant. It's one of the most amazing and potent heavy kavas out there.

If you ever do get back in to a traditional prep then I would highly recommend Australian kava shops Fijian wakka, that there is valium in liquid form!
