Best schedule/type for using kava and doing daily exercise?

I exercise almost every night, but I don't do weights and cardio anymore, I play table tennis pretty seriously. My coach, for example, is a former Olympian, just to qualify that a little bit. I play about 2 to 3 hours a night. Its just a lot more fun for me than non competitive lifting or cardio, but I used to do that stuff as well.

In any case, I drink a couple heaping teaspoons of mahakea micro 3 times every day, each time all in one chug. On a work day I do 7am then breakfast, 1130am then lunch, and 530pm then a light dinner and table tennis from 6 to 9pm. Each dose lasts me about 1.5 to 2 hours of acute effects and residual effects for 2 hours after that. The effects are strongest after the morning session and less and less intense throughout the day. That way at 6pm I feel relaxed but not too krunk. Also, gives me lots of time from last kava to bed time because otherwise, my quality of sleep suffers. And gives me a decent amount of time from my 2nd session until I drive home from work around 3.

Weekends I do kava at 9am then breakfast, 1pm then a light lunch, table tennis from 130 to 5pm, third kava session at 6pm, then dinner. This works really well for me. However I'm going to switch to med grind to save some money this year. I'm going to take a shaker of it to table tennis and sip it throughout the evening. I'll see how that goes. I've done that with micro before and found the effects weren't as intense and less predictable. But I think med grind lends itself better to spreading out the session.
