Today I want to do a review for Bir Kar
I know it for a while now. And I always have the same conclusion:
If other Kava might get me a bit off track of myself, my goals and so on, Bir Kar is the one Kava that reminds me who I am and what I have to do.
In the beginning, years ago, Bir Kar was sometimes a tiny bit psychedelic to me.
But not anymore, but still it has this aspect that it doesn't distract me so much from myself.
It is an allrounder in a way. I can drink it during the day or in the evening. By far not as sedating as Melo Melo or other Kavas.
It has a special quality to it.
What I like about it, is that I have less hangover in the morning.
I give 4 out of 5 for potency, even though I need more than with other strong kavas, but due to the quality of the effect, "regions" other kavas don't reach, I say "4 out of 5".
