I got my blood results and after 10 months of 30-35g of kava traditional prep most days, my results are all normal yay . Liver function unremarkable. My cholesterol is unchanged from before kava. I’m so happy.

It endured a fair amount of punishment in my pre-kava days… there has been a lot of boozy sessions and bad hangovers .
glad those days are gone
