@zencuts I'm terribly sorry about your experience. As I wrote in our emails, nothing has changed with our Borogu. It is from the same harvest as other batches that have been tested as free of contaminants and noble.
The fact is, we don't know what caused your symptoms. I think many people, including myself can attest that strong kava has made them a little "loose" on occasion, if you will. Also, this kava is finely ground, which tends to be rough on some people. Just because kava is an amazingly positive substance doesn't mean that for some people it doesn't come with some possible side effects. It's also quite possible that something completely unrelated caused your symptoms, and that you also just happened to be drinking kava at the time. We just can't say.
What I can say is that we strive for quality as our number one priority. As
@Deleted User wrote, a single case report like this is not indicative of a quality problem.
Please keep in mind that we are one of the three biggest online retailers of kava. We also have a kava bar where we serve all of our products. That gives me a huge sample and this complaint is the first I've heard. Of course that doesn't help your tummy,

@Crunked, not only are we regarded as a reputable vendor on this site (see reviews), we are reputable all over the internet and the kava world. The reviews on forums all over the Web, on our site, and for our kava bar are overwhelmingly positive. I don't say we're one of the best because I think so. I do because our loyal customers tell us we are.
