The better question is what kind of experience you are looking for, if a heavier more sedating kava is your choice, I'd go with Nangol Noble or a headier experience would fall in the category of Fu'u or 'EUA. The best approach, imo is a sample pack;

i don't think you could go wrong with the premium blend. I just tried it last night and it was well rounded and it may not be around long.
