I know that this has been discussed before, and after reading through, I see some people say yes to coconut milk, and some say it does not matter.
Basically, a lot of conflicting matter, that I hope to make more clear in this thread.
In regards to potentiating the kava, and having nothing to do with taste, does the coconut milk really help ?
I see that people use anything from the following : dairy milk, coconut milk, coconut water, almond milk, soy milk, or lecithin.
But looking strictly for potentiation, how do they each rate ?
Or do they do much at all ? Because I've even seen people say that none of them are really necessary.
So, I hope to get a final consensus on what the majority say on this subject, that is still foggy to me.
