I was wondering if these symptoms are something detrimental, or if there is a way to keep the plante healty. I think they had shothole, but Im not sure if this also may be another virus

So sorry I did not see this post until today-- I suggest you get a magnifying glass and look under the leaves.
Likely the problem is thrips and/or spider mites, possibly slugs also.
