I absolutely agree. I had a shipment of K@ confiscated by the FDA, when it wasn't even banned, I still don't even know if it's banned yet. They tried to ban it on the grounds that it is illegal in Thailand, even though it is illegal there because the government profited from opium taxes at the time, and it was helping people to get off of it, untaxed, then they tried to lump it into the same category as research chemicals and bath salts. I was using it in combination with a certain herb to legally and safely wean several people off of oxycontin and demerol, without rendering them unable to function well enough to be productive. I wound up having to up the dose of actives of the other herb to the point where they were pretty much asleep all day everyday for a long while because of it. Thank god Kava isn't viewed as something with nearly the abuse potential as K@, as safe as I believed it to be.
