Could you do me a BIG favor and edit the name of your thread and in the prefix drop down list select "Kava Preparation" ??? This will add it to the Kavapedia for us.

Thanks for bumping this one I forgot I had actually read it before. I'm going to try this in the next couple days with some leftover root from other sessions that is just hanging around. I've tried boiling before but did it way too long and killed the kava so this process sounds just right. I want every last kavalactone i can get me hands on
