Hi - I find myself close to the US mail system (Chuuk Micronesia) for once, and wanted to order from GHK - but the website appears to be down- I cant get past the first intro page. Anyone know if they are taking a break or experienced a similar problem? Thanks

Chuuk isn't a big Sakau state, its more popular in Pohnpei. Most men in Chuuk tend to prefer cheap 70% rum flavoured industrial spirit, and betel nut. Before Xmas I was buying premix sakau from an old man here but it is fairly weak and I was really just buying it to help him out. The shops sell mainly low grade 200g bags from Fiji & Vanuatu, so it ends up cheaper and better to bring in my usual Root&Pestle Bir Kar from Santo via NZ.
A local workmate says they grow kava on an island Fefan just 7km away, but its all for consumption on-island and there is no public boat. Construction of a driftwood raft is underway..
