Very enjoyable vid to see…particularly the Samoan bit. Im so divided over its commercialisation.
The one thing about kava i just never get (& it isnt from lack of asking locals in Vanuatu) Why don't the rest of the countries that have ready access to fresh kava roots just drink it as does Vanuatu. Fresh root kava is just so much better in every way to drink than powdered yet they all seen to not chop & mix it.
Funny to see Charlie Long Wah. I often pop into his shop when im there & ive got a photo somewhere of the entire car park out the front, totally covered in chillies dring in the sun.
