A short message to say that Edward is responsive to messages, that he listens to try to find a solution to your problem and that it's nice to talk to him.
I received my order in France without any problem. There was some delay, but that was due to the postal service. Edward had accidentally forgotten a strainer in my order, he immediately sent it back by tracked mail at his own expense.
I think it's great to be able to order different kinds of noble kava in small quantities. My dog tried both varieties (Koro and Kadavu) once, but I'll do a review in the appropriate section after a few more sessions.
