Hello internet people. Just whiskering around this place a bit to get oriented. I've been a fan of kava since about 2003 when it saved me from some serious panic attacks. Been loyal to kava ever since, but didn't start brewing traditionally until last October, which totally changed my world. Glad there's a forum for kava drinkers and those who benefit from it medicinally, and looking forward to passing 'round the meta grog bowl with you lot.

Could be a great name for a Nakamal: "GROGGERS"
