Separate strains borogu and koniak and some instant.Jay, did you have the sample pack from BHK or separate strains?
And so how was your Koniak evening?
Well ... Here goes
6tbsps in pint and half water.
20:00 had some instant sat at PC for a bit. Slightly different, nothing major.
22:30 after 15 mins kneading (used a sock lol) had a darker liquid than previously (malekula magic before). Had a big one to begin with. Felt something, chilled watching 2 guns movie.
23:00 had another shot still feel chilled, nothing major, can still concentrate, slightly heavy in the sofa.
Ate a piece of fish (food tastes amazing on kava)
Realised there is only one biggish one or 2 small ones left. So mixed in a teaspoon of instant and topped up with a bit of water.
00:00 had one of my newly mixed half instant ones. Eyes went heavy , very sleepy, nearly dozed off.
00:20 - last one, battled to finish watching my programme, very sleepy, very mellow. Tired!'
01:00 bed. Went up, went straight to sleep.
Woke up this morning pretty tired, nothing a strong coffee won't fix!!!!
Still think I'm getting some RT. As I believe that's quite a big amount.
