Hi everyone, I'm brand new! I posted in the Recovery section of the Forum. I want to get off Ativan, and I need help determining the best brand and type of Kava for me. I want to go with a micronized type if possible.

Welcome to a new way!!!! U can do this...many others have and kava can fill that gaping angry void left by drugs....sorry I've only been addicted to everything BuT benzos-but withdrawal blows all the same...good for u girl!
