How much per day is too much?

I’m wondering what everyone thinks is too much in terms of grams per day. What’s the amount you really shouldn’t go over? I’ve been able to drink 90 grams, traditional prep, throughout a whole day. Is this too much?

Not too much per se, but not a good idea to do that everyday. Everyone is different and that may well be what it takes for you but perhaps try a little less one day, maybe 60 grams, see what happens. If it works the same, stick to that for a while. If nothing more, it's nice to save money, also be sure to do many washes or as many as possible with that 60 grams.
