I use about 10 grams of micro each drink, how much for instant?

I've been buying micronized kava from GHK for a while, I normally use about 10 grams of Nene for a strong drink (toss and wash).

I'm thinking about trying the instant kava. How many grams should I try if I normally use 10 grams of micronized?

I know a lot of you prepare your drinks based on table/teaspoons, but if anyone knows in grams that'd be great.

One tablespoon of kava weighs about 8 grams. So you have been using a little more than a tablespoon of micronized. You will probably need less of the instant, so I would recommend starting with 1 teaspoon, or 3 grams. If that is not strong enough, try 6 grams, etc. until you get the desired effect. Remember you don't have to drink it all at once. You can drink 3 grams, see how you feel after 15 minutes, drink another 3 grams if you want, etc.
