I'm new here,and excited!

Hello everyone,
This is my very first post,and Im sure I will be posting much much more in the future!
So many years ago I tried kava,from health food stores,mail order ect..they were liquid extracts and I never had any effects from them so totaly forgot about kava!
Now 10 years later,after watching an episode of Expedition Unknown with Josh Gates,it was the Mayan Apocalypse' episode,any how...
I saw them make up a batch of kava tea and drank it,and I was thinking...kava? wonder whats new in the kava world!?
So started reading,as much as I could about this plant/herb....
Since I never had a real kava expeirence before,I decided to give it another chance!
So spent a week watching videos on kava,reading everything I could find ect..tried figuring out the best most reliable,best reviewed company's..

So after a week of kava research,I ordered Stone Kava from Nakamalathome.com I read many great reports in these one so figured would be great!
Havent got to try it yet,should be here by end of the week,but very excited!
Also ordered a couple authentic coconut cup/bowls from ebay,should have those around the same time...
After hearing how good kava works for relaxation and all of the other effects and benefits,it will be perfect for me and my girlfriend!
She has constant back pain,has trouble with pain and getting to sleep every night,doesnt like taking pills ect,so I think this should be the perfect way to wind-down and spend some time with each other

@Bradley666 Glad to have you with us! Stone is a solid kava. You made an excellent choice, especially if you're using it to punch out the possible reverse tolerance.

awesome I have been reading a little about the reverse tolerance,sounds like its different for everyone...
Some people sound like they have great effects their first few times ,while others need a few try's...
We will see,I am pretty sensitive to everything for the most part,and feel alot when others barley feel anything,lol
So I will give it a try,I will start low for sure and work my way up..untill I figure out the hole tolerance things

Welcome man! I'm new here too but this is a great place and kava has been helping me be more relaxed in general and get deeeep sleep when i need it as I tend to be easily wound up with things. It took a little while to appreciate kava (I am still a beginner) but I definitely felt the benefits more and more over a few weeks.

Hey there @Bradley666! You've come to the right place.

Kava is an amazing thing, but it often requires patience and persistence at first. With the taste, with the reverse tolerance, but I assure you if you stay at it long enough, you (and your girlfriend) will find exactly what you describe. Relaxation, great sleep, looseness of the body. In fact, you have that with the Stone.

Im not one to give up on much so that wont be a problem,lol...
Last night I decided to have couple beers,everything was fine until few hrs after drinking them,I get a massive headache..
This is another reason Iv been looking into kava,I get headaches even if I dnt drink,3-4 times a week..
Iv read many report where everyone says kava knocks their headache right out withen minutes...sign me up!
Also Im 34,I do love good fresh craft beer,but Iv been drinking beer since I was a teen pretty much and it tends to make me feel like shit more then let me have a good time,so Im going to try and replace the drinking with kava
Sounds like it will be healthier,according to alot of reviews Iv read kava will provide much of the same things I try and get from alcohol,without the headaches and hangovers,althought I have seen so many ppl recomend stone'....
Im already looking into a second strain of kava to have on hand
Was thinking a very nice strong clean kava,maybe a noble kava? read that the stone is listed as noble but sounds like it may or may not be? Im to knew to know to much about this,but want somthing else on hand that I can take daily if I wanted,with the strength of the stone' who knows! lol...
