Just got my Nene Insant, after trying the root aobut 4 times with no effect. I'm guessing due to RT. Wondering how much I should mix in?

someone in another thread I posted, suggested 2tablespoons per 12oz, I bought 100grams for 45. that seems like a lot to me. that equates to $13.64 per drink. hoping I get more than 3.3 drinks out of this 100grams.

I have only tried the root as of now, never tried any other, havent felt the effects yet.

Instant is supposedly a concentrate so you shouldn't need tablespoons of it per dose, more like teaspoons.

I do instant just like micronized. 1 tablespoon. But with instant, I might make a mixed drink like Ginger Ale and Lime with Ice.

I use one tablespoon every 20-30 minutes or so, until I am where I want to be. I feel nice effects after 2-3 tablespoons but have also not felt much after four. This is kava.

seems like a lot of people talk about RT and sometimes needing more but then how does a kava bar stay in business if people dont feel it everytime? From what I read people feel it everytime they go to Bula?

RT is a temporary thing for first time users. Once you get past it, you never usually have to worry about it again.

Ok well here we go i took a tablespoon in about 10oz of water an hour ago followed by another tablespoon a half hour ago and just took another tablespoon just now. Hoping to feel the effects soon, it was a rough week.

Just finished the 3rd tablespoon. And just for further history I've tried kava 3 times in the last couple weeks with slight effects last time but lots of stomach upset morning after and a little during. Last time want ghk

Too much liquid with kava. Try 1 tablespoon to 4 oz. Wait 20 min between each shell. Drink lots of water before kava. A lot of liquid mixed with kava causes bloated feeling.

I didnt feel the effects after 3 tablespoons and had to quit due to stomach pains. did I not so enough?

Put a teaspoon full directly umder your tongue and let it dissolve. Repeat every 20 min as necessary. Does it make you feel relaxed and peaceful?

I will give it a try, it never dissolved in the water and i let it sit for awhile

It will never dissolve in water ... it's kava. When you make your drink (ginger ale and lime or even club soda and lime), you need to stick a spoon in it. Stir before every sip. Such is the nature of the starchy beast. Maybe someone will invent instant kava that dissolves like cool aid. That would be nice.
