Instant Nene how much to use?

I thought this instant nene was created by evaporating so it would dissolve?

My instant is made in a different way than others, others dehydrate there fresh kava after making it, water and all, I actually have a process that will allow me to take the water out, leaving only the kava sludge that you would find at the bottom of a fresh shell of kava in Vanuatu, I take this kava sludge and dry it and then some more processing to make it into an even finer particle size and then it is done. Even kneaded medium grind will need to be stirred if it's allowed to sit. The good stuff always sinks to the bottom. Deleted User01 is right, if it's instant or micro, a quick stir is required before drinking. In my experience, Nene has the weakest effects. Instant, I won't feel effects until 4-6Tbsp. I don't find it particularly sedating either which is the opposite of some other members. It also wears off quickly in comparison and is the only Kava that gives me strange rebound anxiety symptoms. If you want to stick with instant, GHK Mahakea or Moi are much better options, IMO. I will feel effects with 2Tbsp of either of them and 4-6 will give a good experience. If you are a frequent drinker and require doses on the higher end, micro or medium grind is much more cost effective.
