Which if not properly supplemented with antioxidants / other phytochemicals
( which is what yerba has that coffee really lacks if your not sourcing it) ... that excess stimulation really oxidizes the body and is the opposite of relaxing.. it keeps stress hormones in place which for me can be detrimental
for others it's a nice tweak and their body's are fine. so if you already react to caffiene bad then kava and caffiene is your worst enemy .... if you like caffiene and love the rush then itll be your best friend ..
