Icky, an antihistamine half an hour prior to dosing K@ does wonders for nausea and itching. Nausea also seems to go hand in hand with quality, of course. I have experience with a few very reputable and affordable vendors that have products much less likely to cause nausea and other negative effects. I'm not sure if it's against the rules to discuss vendors of ethnobotanicals other than kava, so feel free to send me a message if you would be interested in any reccomendations.
