I vape at 6mg sometimes 8, I mix it myself so I can always prepare it according to my mood.

I vape at 6 and 3 mg. When drinking kava the 3 mg seems to do the trick pretty well. I definitely have an oral fixation though I could probably vape 0 mg a lot of the time and be happy.
