Kava for headache relief?

No worries there, I've read up on basic preparation techniques. I'm actually looking forward to the beat-down process. It looks therapeutic.

Ok, here is a review on Kava when you have a sinus headache. I'm sipping on some Fiji from BKH. This kava does have a bit of Kavain and I was afraid that it would aggravate the headache but it didn't. I would say that I felt agitated and out of sorts with the headache but the Kava put me in a better mood and took my mind off the pain. There ya go Alopeye.

Thanks for donating yourself to headache science, Deleted User01. I should be able to submit my own update once my order arrives. I've jumped in with a few ingesting options (Melo Melo, instant, candy, extract) to make sure I can work my tolerance into complete intolerance. It's like the opposite of teenage beer bragging.
