Clay slip. When doing pottery, slip is used to join pieces together or to add decorative touches. Basically, it it clay mixed with water into a slurry. Add a touch of pepper to slip and that pretty much is how kava tastes to me.
Haha yes I remember slip. Man I miss pottery...shit was actually pretty fun.
I've been playing with the peppery notes in my flavor experiments. It seems to be the most pronounced in my experience. More experiment updates to come hopefully.
