Well alcohol evaporates 100%, so unless it was wet there is no alcohol left.

I'm assuming that if its in a bag like that, they probably evaporated the solution after extraction, in which case there wouldn't be any real issue.



If it was in a tincture, usually the 'doses' are in such small amounts that I don't think it would have much of an impact really.

It came in a small bag of caramel colored powder. But I assume the only extract worth buying would be a full spectrum extract. This one is definitely missing some important compounds.

You hit the nail on the head. If it doesn't numb your mouth on contact there aren't any or very few kavalactones present.

But so far the most I'm getting from it is verging on a placebo. Just started though. Ordering root tonight.

nope, that's what we call a toss and wash. Heavy on the stomach though. I went though a time when I tossed and washed for like a week straight and I didn't experience any negative liver side effects like jaundice.

I was a heavy K@ user years ago, toss n wash is great, you could also mix into yogurt.

If your going to toss n wash anything, remember: sip, toss, swallow, chug.

Krunkedout is right. If the folks preparing the extract were at all unscrupulous and used parts of the plant above the roots to save money, there could be compounds extracted by the alcohol that have been shown to cause liver damage. Be careful!
