Kona Kava extracts

Is kona Kava bad for extracts as much as root? I have kona Kava 55% kavalactone paste and was wondering how it compares to good quality root?

I don't know

I agree. I bought a couple of things from them and their products are pitiful compared to the high quality kava that is offered by vendors on this forum. By the way, they are a few companies combined in one that have different names. They all offer the same low quality kava.

I once got some "instant kava" from kava.com, which is the same company. It was completely worthless. I don't think there was even any kava in it; it didn't taste anything like kava, I'm not sure what the heck it was.

This is some good news for me because I've been using the extract with little effect and have been using it long enough for RT to not get in the way so hopefully Ill do better with some good root.

I don't think that discussing our personal experiences makes us jerks. Also, with all the people who have tried their kava and were unsatisfied you would think they would have more negative reviews on their own websites. They should also be more open about what kava is nobel and the fact that they are not separate companies

Forget the last thing I said. Kona kava is more full of BS than Fox News. First of all, look at the "acetonic test pics". It looks like piss, and where on earth is the sediment?

Second of all, kona claims our first contact with them was an attack, but our track record clearly shows that we have ALWAYS welcomed new vendors with open arms.

Kona kava also says that because of our harsh demeanor towards their product, they refuse to be part of the greater kava comunity. That's right. Instead of reaching out and attempting to clear their name, Kona kava has decided to remain silent. Phishy much?

And that's just scratching the surface. Kona implies that we're all just lazy bums who know nothing of kava are clueless about the kava farmers and the paperwork involved. Yeah right.
They even admit that their house brand kava comes up orange.

Eat my shorts in hell kona kava!

Looks like they took down the fraudulent pictures of their "farm" from their site. (If you recall, one of the pictures was of a Fijian kava farmer, and an earlier one was a stock image of a Uranian bean field.). If the pictures were totally legit, why would they remove them, I wonder?

I dunno. What if, like, kona kava is actually a real family owned farm with unfortunately suckish product, and were all just big jerks like this article says: http://www.konakavafarm.com/blog/mind-of-makaira/the-golden-glow-of-our-kava/
I used to package for the guy. No farm and runs the online business and packaging out of a facility in Vista, California. He has multiple websites all marketing the same crap. Slapping a different label on it. Ha biggest charlatans ever.

I am thinking Keith Cleversley may have been called out on that. Frauds.
