This is my first time trying a kava from the Koro Islands. I only begun drinking it last night, it appears to be a balanced kava but it does lean heavy, especially as more shells are consumed. The most distinctive note is the flavor, I am used to better and heavier Fijian kavas being punchy in flavor, but this kava contradicts that notion, it has a very clean taste, reminiscent of the KSNZ kavas.
I will update this review as I better acquaint myself with this strain, on first impressions, I think most people would really enjoy this kava, I am having some now as I write this so it can definitely be a daytime kava, in moderation.
