A couple hours ago after work I put 2 tablespoons of mahakea with 2 tablespoons of moi. Then topped it all off with 1 tablespoon of micronized moi...
Did 3 washes mashing it with a wooden pestle and warm water.
= Nice. Sat around for a minute enjoying the feeling and listening to the birds outside while I thought about me and then about the world...

I finished 2/3 of this blend right then.
Then I felt like gardening so I gathered some chicken manure drops from around the dirt, mashed them between two rocks, and gave it to my baby melon plants that had just sprouted...

I guess this means I feel good, energized, but mellow and thoughtful and positive. Just finished dinner now and still feelin it just like before. I think the reggae music in the background bumped up the effects.

Great kava!

thanks for all the shared knowledge that got me to this place, and for the hawaiian awa and growers.

@Irie, that's exactly what I'm going to drink and do this afternoon. Except its every plant except melons. Though my wife tries to grow watermelons every year and I just shake my head. No sun there, they need more room, and so on. Every spot with sun is already taken.

That is an interesting combo. The common profiles don't necessarily say yin and yang.

Why buy melons when you can buy 2 giant delicious melons for $5 from the back of a mysterious truck. One of the benefits to living in SE Texas...

Yeah, my wife never saw a "watermelon man" she wouldn't stop for. I'm hoping to get some good Rio Grande Canteloupes. The ones in the store suck and are very expensive.

Ok, I'm down to seeds and stems on an older bag of Mo'i. I mixed it with some Mahakea for a total of 1.25 tablespoons of Micronized. It hit the spot. I kinda feel like crap today, maybe allergies, maybe the barometric pressure, but my brain ain't working right and I have zero motivation. This was a nice calming pick me up and a perfect example of how I use Kava during the work week. It really helps me shake the "blahs" :grumpy:. I will do another Mahakea shell in 20 minutes to keep the ball rolling. That bag is getting old and I need to finish it. So by gumby, I just have to that.

I have only taken Mahakea once and it made my legs rubbery not sure I could get stuff done with it

Mahakea is very strong and normally I would agree with you. But in my situation, it found the kava receptors and it was a great help to me. And this is computer programming. Damn the rubbery legs as long as the brain is firing on all cylinders. :D

what kind of programming do you do?

@Kava Steve, nothing fancy on the programming. We use a relational database programming language to write vertical market accounting software. No android apps or anti-hacker software or anything exciting like that. I've been doing it for so that I can do it in my sleep. But sometimes I get de-motivated and I just don't feel like doing "shit". The kava snaps me out of it. I think the Kava makes me feel better when some of these allergies take a toll on my well-being. The non-stop rain has helped the mold count go sky high.
And so now, you know the rest of the story.
