They grow several different varieties of Hawaiian kava and also Isa (Tudei). I never tried there kava so I do not know how good it is. I hope this helps a bit. Aloha.

Thanks Chris.
I just used 2oz it is the most disgusting kava I have ever used and I would say very minimal no nothing on effects. I would not recommend at all. I had to consume a lot and I wish I hadn't bother as it was like torture drinking it.

Wow, that is too bad, I wish you had a better experience with them. You know you can always count on GHK for some truly great "pure Hawaiian" kava. Aloha.

I've tried their powder, it was weak and it smelled like other herbs. It probably sits around for long periods, unsold and collecting the scent/flavor of other things they grow and sell....or else they mix it with other herbs than just kava root.

It seems like the only good Kava Vendors have a presence on the forums and because they are not afraid of reviews and testing. They are proud and confident that their Kava is good and noble.

This was the first kava I bought a couple months ago but never used as didn't know what it was and I'm glad I did more research into kava and found this forum or I would have just dismissed it altogether.

It may seem that way, since good vendors go hand in hand with these forums. But I would argue that the relationship goes both ways. Good vendors seek this community out, as you say, since we offer valuable consumer insight. Its also true, however, that the community naturally seeks out good vendors, since we have so many savvy kava enthusiasts.

I've had really great kava from vendors with no presence on this forum before. They are out there.

Think about all that good noble Fijian in the Fijian markets we hear about. They're not posting here.

Not yet... I hope to find ways to reach out a lot of these vendors and producers and get them talking. I'm looking at what @Kavafied is doing on social media, and taking notes.
I'll also mention I realize obscure or less established vendors could source from places that process the kava in without clean practices. There's no easy way to verify the cleanliness. I hope that more dialogue with vendors would promote transparency along the supply chain, and that customers can better know what they are getting.
