@jones-in_j. The GHK Micronized is advertised as having the Makas removed from their Noble Kava. Those are the coarse hard fibers that are normally removed when straining Kava Powder. My point being that those fibers can be a source of irritation if not removed. Chris at GHK has told us that up to 50 percent of those fibers are removed prior to processing. So you are getting a dose of pure Kavalactone Laden Kava with extraneous MAKAS removed. In any event, a dose can be a teaspoon up to a tablespoon. I would start with little doses and gauge how your GI system reacts to it.
