Sorry but we sold out of the Moi instant. They didn't say how long to restock and for some reason it doesn't say 'SOLD OUT' on their website.
Anyone else having this problem?

Yes it does say "sold out" on my website. If you try to buy it it will tell you it is sold out, I guess you bought yours before I could update my website. That is why I refunded your $$$$ and told you it was sold out.
Aloha.

@Headgie, as you know, it's a big process to make instant kava. However, I highly recommend the Micronized Moi ... did some a few minutes ago. Maybe get that while Chris starts the pots boiling.
I remember reading that in order to make the micronized powders, Gourmet Hawaiian Kava "painstakingly removes the macas" from the powder. Whenever I think of that, I imagine a table full of people with tweezers looking at a big pile of kava!
@Jerome, from what I understand, I think the root is cored out to remove the makas. Since Chris says he developed a special technique, I have visions of some kind of giant machine resembling an Apple Core-errrrrrr. Also, I'll bet you could dry those Makas and get something agin to a second wash. However, you sure as hell wouldn't want to toss and wash it.
