What is the difference between instant and micro? I'm still learning

@Sadie - that's ok! The difference is how they are made. Both are just mix with water and drink.
With GHK-
Instant is made by mixing fresh root with water, then straining, and dehydrating the water away. It is every tasty and smooth.
Micro is dried kava, with makas removed, then ground very small. This dissolved with water, but leaves more particulate. The possible sandy mix you mentioned.

From what you've said I probably should have strained - thanks for the info and tip
To be honest I think I'm best sticking with powder as I know now how to prepare traditionally and is fine - have you ever tried the Kava Candy? Does it taste like Candy or Kava?

Just received the micronized Mo'i purchased via the newsletter special at that nice discount price and feel bad even posting this. Was so excited to see how this compared to the awesome medium Mo'i I have been using the past couple of weeks. I have now tried it 2-3 different times at larger amounts and unfortunately it was a really big disappointment both times. Will try it again tomorrow and hope this just a fluke or bad batch or something as it did taste notably different than the medium Mo'i I have from 2 weeks ago. Guess I should let Chris know and see what he says. Wish now I would have just stuck with the medium grind that was working so well for me and costs only half as much to boot. Anybody have suggestions or feedback I would appreciate it. Thanks. I can't figure out how to pm Chris directly
