Heavy hitter no - but lemme say as my kava journey continues i learn to really ,really love and appreciate mild kavas . I usually use this as my sunday morning kava when its grocery store time and ive worked about 68 hrs. And groged it hard sat night to wipe out the stress and pain from the week of hot pans - a full dish pit, heavy prep and hard lunch and dinner shifts all rolled into one week.
. So i decided to brew some up for sun night tv time before the work week.Drank 6 shellz . Came on very strong instantly i was at peace with the long week looming, by the time i got to 6 i was watching tv lying down on the floor and had a hard power nap that idont recall bien a plan this kava is GOOD it has a sweet soul.
